‘I’ve been abducted. Please hurry’: Woman’s 911 call leads to arrest of suspect and discovery of two bodies

ASHLAND, Ohio — A decision on additional charges in the case of an Ohio man arrested at a house where two bodies were found will come Thursday, authorities said. Ashland County Prosecutor Christopher Tunnell made the announcement as officials worked to identify one of those bodies as well as a third body found at a house in neighbouring Richland County. A woman’s report that she was being held captive at a home in Ashland Tuesday led to the arrest of Shawn Grate. The coroner hasn’t determined Stacey Stanley’s cause of death or identified the second body, Ashland police said in a statement. Grate, 40, also led investigators to a third person’s remains at a property near Mansfield in neighbouring Richland County, police said.
