Fate played a cruel game with me.”Dr Kamal Uddin of Orthosurgery at CMCH told the Dhaka Tribune that they had to amputate both legs of the Rohingya youth to save his life. Later, the 23-year-old Rohingya youth crossed into Bangladesh and got admitted to CMCH’s Burn Unit on August 29. Dr Mishma Islam of the Burn & Plastic Surgery Unit at CMCH told the Dhaka Tribune that Jubayer was admitted with serious inhalation injuries. The number of Rohingya refugees receiving treatment at Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) has been increasing with each passing day.
