more-inThe issue of giving pattas on an encroached land to residents at Angatidibba in Ward 20 has been settled long time back and only a GO needs to be issued, former MLA S.A. Rahman has said. In lieu of the land for which pattas were proposed to be given, 10 acres of land was to be given at Madhurawada, Mr. Rahman saidtold reporters here. However, there was change of guard in the State and the issue remained unresolved in spite of representations later. The issue was represented to HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao and Visakhapatnam South MLA Vasupalli Ganesh Kumar was also working on peacefully resolving it. The Government also assured that the issue would be settled by Ramzan, he said adding pattas would be given as agreed upon in the past.
