more-inA student’s plea against an institute for allegedly wrongly cancelling his admission was dismissed by a district consumer redressal forum here on the grounds that “education is not a commodity”. The complainant had alleged that XLRI, Jamshedpur, had cancelled his admission for a correspondence course despite him having paid the entire admission fee.
