Gadon said Advincula is willing to become a state witness. On February 13, QC MetTC Branch 138 Judge Kristine Grace Suarez issued arrest warrants against 10 individuals, including Advincula and former senator Antonio Trillanes 4th. The respondents were accused of “circulating malicious and scurrilous libels to inflict an act of hate” against President Rodrigo Duterte and his relatives. Branch Clerk Maria Carmen Lacson told The Manila Times that seven of the respondents had posted bail. Trillanes had said he would post bail when he returns to the country.
