This, DepEd said, led to the “development” of the RPMS Manual for Teachers and School Heads that is aligned with PPST. Understanding PPST-aligned RPMS toolsThe RPMS tools pertain to the two different teacher performance assessment instruments, one for Teacher I to III (proficient teachers) and another for Master Teacher I to IV (highly-proficient teachers). The RPMS and the PPST are both being contested by teachers groups such as the Teachers’ Dignity Coalition (TDC) and the Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT).
