The President would likely discuss his administration’s efforts to reduce poverty, big-ticket infrastructure projects, and peace and order initiatives in his fourth SONA, Andanar said. “Second would be the infrastructure projects, Build, Build, Build, kasi alam mo (you know), you really have to have hard infrastructure projects at the end of the day. Andanar said other accomplishments, as well as the policies and programs of government agencies, would possibly be discussed in the SONA. Duterte’s shortest SONA was delivered last year, which lasted for nearly 50 minutes.
