The list of drug suspects is “bottomless”— as the original targets are eliminated, new ones are added. These three cases present clear proof of the involvement of the police in liquidating drug suspects. Also in Cebu, the police have been arresting drug suspects in their homes without any warrants. The police keep confiscating huge quantities of shabu even after three years of the war on drugs and the reported neutralization of numerous drug syndicates.
