Deputy President William Ruto on Wednesday caused laughter in Ukambani when he blasted former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka over anti-IEBC protests. In the video that has gone viral, Ruto sarcastically pleads with Ukambani region to 'seriously pray for Kalonzo' so that he would rediscover himself. The same Kalonzo who was vice president, please pray for him," said Ruto. "I want you to continue with serious prayers, and remember to pray for my brother Kalonzo," said Ruto. Ukambani largely supports the Opposition; most of the residents subscribe to ideologies of the Wiper party headed by Kalonzo.
