Every snowflake that participated in the winter snowfall had a unique, and interesting origin story. It became a beautiful snow crystal several millimeters wide somewhere high over Las Vegas, Nevada. Finally, our fully formed snow crystal grew large enough to become too heavy for the winds to keep it aloft. Each snowflake is a testament to the journey it had taken and the conditions it had encountered.

"It was a fiercely contested transfer window," said Galatasaray Vice-President Erden Timur earlier in September. Timur said Turkish clubs were forced to change tack due to inflated fees caused by the Saudi clubs' sudden emergence. "Every transfer window, the teams are essentially managed by the fans via social media. There is no sign of Turkish clubs slowing down in their attempts to sign famous players.

That was the question for Flagstaff City Council this week as members debated whether the city should allow advertisements for firearms and related services at city facilities such as the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport and Jay Lively Activity Center, the location of the ice rink. City staff rejected the video for not complying with the city’s policy on violence within advertisements shown at the airport. That policy restricts advertisements that “represent, by language or graphics, violence or antisocial behavior.” City staff are now asking Council to clarify that policy. But now that the city is running the management of advertising at the airport in-house, city staff rejected the ad. Councilmember Lori Matthews wondered if the city could still allow firearms to be advertised, but now allow advertisements for assault-style weapons, or depictions of guns being fired.
