THÁI BÌNH — Twelve workers are being treated in hospital after a fire at a workshop that makes gas lighters. The blaze started at Hoa Việt Co Ltd in Nguyên Xá Commune, Đông Hưng District, the northern province of Thái Bình around 11am on Thursday.
