Four others, Waqar Waris, Anish, Praveen Bano, Shezaad were severely injured.Speaking to TOI, MLA Vipin Kumar David said, "It was shocking that people were standing near the victims, but none came to help them. "He said, "It took more than 45 minutes for dial 100 PRV (police response vehicle) to reach the accident spot though the local people sought assistance long before we reached there. We took the injured in an ambulance, in a dial 100 PRV and in another vehicle, an escorted them Lucknow's KGMU trauma centre. "I don't understand why there were no ambulance or PRV on the expressway. "Additional director-general of police Anil Agrawal , head of the dial 100 services said, "We are looking into the matter and will share the further details on the MLA's accusation soon."
