Liverpool may have completed two incoming transfers this summer but there is still room for improvement before the end of the month in order to hand Jurgen Klopp a squad capable of challenging at the top once again. Jurgen Klopp also indicated the possibility of defensive reinforcements, should the right circumstances be met. And so, to start the summer off the Reds announced the signings of Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai for a combined £95m. Another option - or potentially a deal to be done alongside Lavia rather than as an alternative - is Andre Trindade of Fluminese. The 23-year-old Brazil international was credited with interest from Liverpool immediately after the second rejected Lavia proposal with a reported value of £20m.
