Anti-coup protesters surround an injured man in Hlaing Thar Yartownship in Yangon, Myanmar on March 14, 2021. I witnessed first-hand the atrocities and violence that elements of the Myanmar military are capable of when unleashed on a civilian population. However it's hard to see a new election based on a new voting system being acceptable to the NLD. Myanmar calls itself the Golden Country. It saddens me to witness the violence and death which is currently gripping the golden country.
