Planet Holdings and Kolte-Patil Developers respectively invested ₹60 crore and ₹15 crore in Mandatory Convertible Preferred Shares (CCPS) of Snowflower Properties. Following this investment made by Planet Holdings and Kolte-Patil Developers, Snowflower Properties ceased to be a subsidiary of the Pune-based property developer, the company said in a regulatory filing.
