narendra modi-nawazsharif: PM Narendra Modi-Nawaz Sharif SCO talks unlikely, says Sushma Swaraj

NEW DELHI: External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj on Monday said the time was not right for any engagement with Pakistan, suggesting it was unlikely PM Narendra Modi would have a meeting with his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif on the sidelines of the SCO summit later this week in Astana. There was no proposal from either side for a meeting, Sushma added. While she said India remained committed to resolving all outstanding issues through dialogue, Sushma iterated India's position that talks and terror can't go together. "Our policy on Pakistan has been consistent in the past three years. But at the same time terror and talks cannot go together. "The minister also emphasised that the government was asking other countries not to see cross-border issue or terrorism emanating from Pakistan through the prism of India but see if international terrorism was in any way linked with that country. "Finally, where was Osama bin Laden found?
