Suzuki Motor Corporation has announced the global debut of the new Swift Sport at the 67th IAA Frankfurt Motor Show . The company has released the first look of the car that is a sportier version of the 2017 model of the hatchback, based on the new Heartect platform.The Swift Sport was first launched in 2005 and sold in multiple countries, excluding India. The company hasn't shared any detail of technical specification of the car, while one can see a new body kit with revised bumpers in the picture. The diamond cut, dual-tone alloys are also different and sportier than the standard model.The company statement said, "The new third-generation model has undergone a complete redesign and delivers an all-new level of excitement for sport minded drivers across the world. "The 2017 Swift Sport is speculated to get the 1.4-litre BoosterJet turbo-charged petrol engine that makes impressive 140PS of power.
