After a thorough testing of the iPhone X's camera, DxOMark found that while the phone falls just short of a 98 score, it managed to score 101 in the Photo sub-score. DxOMark notes that the X doesn't quite impress in video, scoring 89 points in the sub-score. To recall, the iPhone X comes with a dual rear camera setup that comprises of a 12-megapixel wide angle sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture. The cameras also support phase-detection autofocus with touch focus, Quad LED True-Tone flash and Portrait Mode with Portrait Lightening. The front sees a 7-megapixel sensor with f/2.2 aperture, face detection and introduces Portrait Mode as well.
