It is only open to people who own an iPhone 6 or later and have issues with their phone's battery life. It will offer the deal to anyone whose battery degradation is at 80 per cent or less. All you need to do is pop into your nearest Apple store, book in and get it replaced. It said this was to save the battery life of weaker phones, but customers felt a little bit scammed.
