Hong Kong Cable Television, under i-Cable Communications' (1097), will charge HK$68 a month, or HK$688 a year from this quarter for its 24-hour live-streaming application, i-Cable News OTT App. An early-bird price of HK$120 annually is being offered for subscriptions before February 15. The application was launched at the end of last year. The group plans to launch related services for smart TVs and tablets in the middle of this year, said Irene Leung Shuk-yee, chief operating officer of i-Cable Communications.
