Bigstocke-Passport activities started on March 23 at the Chittagong Divisional Passport OfficeElectronic passport service, also known as e-Passport or digital passport, has been launched in the Chittagong city. On March 23, e-Passport activities started at the Chittagong Divisional Passport Office. Moreover, in case of a 10-year passport, the general fee is Tk8,000, emergency fee Tk9,000, and most emergency fee Tk12,000. After the inauguration by the prime minister six months ago, the e-Passport activities have started all across Bangladesh. However, due to various complications, including the Covid-19 situation, it was not possible to start e-Passport service in Chittagong, said insider sources.
