RAJKOT: Former Union finance minister P Chidambaram on Saturday flayed the Narendra Modi government calling it a "foolish step" that has derailed the country's economy. If I was the finance minister and my PM would have asked to implement demonetisation, I would have said don't. "The project cost is Rs 1 lakh crore and the train will carry 600 people from both sides. If we can use this money for education, we can provide better future to students. If Russians can hack in Russia, do you think your bank data is safe?"
