According to Down Detector, the problems started at around 13:10 BST, and are affecting users worldwide. While the reason for the outage remains unclear, of those who reported issues, 70% reported problems logging in, 15% had issues with the website, and 13% were struggling with server connectiong. A spokesperson said: "We have received reports of users being unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars. Zoom is a video conferencing service that has surged in popularity amid the coronavirus lockdown.
