UniversalHub.com reports on two separate Jamaica Plain projects for residential apartment buildings that the Zoning Board of Appeals approved on Jan. 13. No one spoke in opposition of a developer’s plan to replace Hatoff’s gas station and a neighboring auto body business on Washington Street with 230 apartments in two buildings. There would also be ground floor retail spaces in each building, as well as 100 parking spaces in underground garages. There would also be 17 parking spaces, and a 635 sq. No one spoke in opposition of the project, reported UniversalHub.com.
