0Harare - Zimbabwe Warriors coach Zdravko Logarusic has named a 24-man provisional squad for the back-to-back African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Algeria this month. The Croatian soccer coach has presided over just one Zimbabwe match since his appointment in February after international football was suspended due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Aston Villa midfielder Marvellous Nakamba headlines the Zimbabwe squad, with Kaizer Chiefs star Khama Billiat and Belgium-based striker Knowledge Musona also included. Algeria top the qualification group on six points from two matches, while Zimbabwe are second with four points after the same number of games. Botswana sit third having picked a solitary point, while the 2012 African kings Zambia are yet to win or draw.
