Students of 109 educational institutions were not among the 77.77% of those that passed the Secondary School Certificate and equivalent examinations across the country, according to examination results published on Sunday. After the results were published Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid told reporters: “Last year we identified a number of institutions where no students passed.
