Wales has too many sheep, MPs are expected to reveal in an upcoming report. Current targets laid out from the UK Government state the nation should be carbon neutral buy 2050 but the prevalence of sheep makes this unlikely. The Climate Change Committee report, due to be published tomorrow, is expected to lay out strict guidance and targets to reduce the country's impact on the climate. A total of 10 million sheep live in Wales, three times more than the amount of people in the country. At present, the Government's ban on the sale of new petrol and diesel cars is set to come into effect by 2040.
