Zenefits is bringing in a new wave of leadership--its second executive overhaul in less than two years. On Monday, Zenefits announced a new Chairman and CEO, Jay Fulcher, taking the baton from David Sacks, who spent the last year trying to clean up the mess left by Zenefits cofounder Parker Conrad. Carr will report to Fulcher and run Zenefits' sales, business development, customer support and service divisions. Meanwhile, Sacks departs as CEO and Chairman, despite saying in December that he intended to stay on as Chairman after the CEO search was completed. Sacks also engineered the Z2 product launch in October, which retooled Zenefits' platform as an app store-like model.
