A teenager spat in the face of police officers and launched a racist tirade against a black doctor trying to treat her stab wound after going on a drug and alcohol binge. Zena Edwards, 18, from Llandudno in Wales, refused to let a black doctor treat her wound, shouting: 'You can't clean it, you are dirty yourself.' She was found to have a stab wound in her back after she had been drinking and taking drugs at a party.
