After an awkward segment that had Miyamoto and Reggie dancing around the question, it was revealed that yes, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild would in fact be launching alongside the Nintendo Switch on the third. Presumably that’s when it comes out for the Wii U as well, but I think Nintendo is now referring to that system as the Wii…who? Certainly the best one for Breath of the Wild so far, and honestly, just an incredible trailer by any standard. But will Nintendo actually be able to support the Switch launch on Zelda alone? Still, it’s hard to view Breath of the Wild as anything less than a system seller, though without a bundle, that means a Switch with Zelda costs $360.
