Zayn Malik's memoirs are about to hit the shelves, and there's a shocking reveal for fans of the pop star's former group One Direction. The 23-year-old star quit the chart-topping boyband in March, 2015 and has adopted a more mature sound with the launch of his debut album Pillowtalk. In an excerpt from his eponymous autobiography, he said: "Every lyric I've ever written has a story behind it. In recent months, Zayn has cancelled a number of scheduled appearances because he was suffering from anxiety. "I know those who suffer anxiety will understand and I hope those who don't can empathises with my situation."
