KUALA LUMPUR: Zamri Vinoth denies that he has fled the country amid investigations into his remarks that were said to have incited violence. In a Facebook post on Saturday (March 14), Zamri said he had no reason to flee and would cooperate with the authorities if required. He added that he was ready to meet Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Mohd Khalid Ismail over the matter. Zamri also questioned why he was being blamed for several incidents involving attacks, arson and damage to homes. Earlier, police said Zamri and activist Tamim Dahri, who are being investigated over separate cases, are believed to have fled to Thailand.
