Maiharaji Altine, GusauThe councillor representing Galadima-Dangaladima Ward in Kaura-Namoda Local Government Area of Zamfara State, Sagir Dansani, was stripped naked and beaten to a coma by unknown persons. He said, “When I regained consciousness, I saw myself naked and I cried for help. Sagir further explained that he and many of his colleagues who were members of the APC had remained in the party a situation which he claimed the council chairman was uncomfortable with. He also accused the chairman of withholding their three months allowances. Others who were injured in the incident included: Mubarak Bello, Yakubu Sani, Ibrahim Ahmed and Alhaji Lawal Mohammed.
