PAGADIAN CITY – Four persons, three of them suspected guns for hire, were now under police custody following a law enforcement operation in Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur on Thursday. Rule said the three men were tagged in the series of contract killings in Dinas and neighboring areas. ADVERTISEMENTAlso on Thursday, he said that Atu Bidu, also known as Apdal Usman, was arrested for involvement in a robbery incident. Bidu, he said, was part of a group behind the October 2016 highway robbery, in which, bus driver Diosdado Retiza was killed. The police chief said that Bidu’s group was also tagged as behind several extortion activities targeting local business.
