According to President Mahama, Ghana and Zambia signed a total of 10 Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) aimed at deepening cooperation across key sectors. He described the visa-free travel agreement as one of the most significant outcomes. “This afternoon, we signed 10 MOUs as a framework for cooperation, Prominent among them is the agreement to allow visa-free travel for all categories of passport holders between Ghana and Zambia. Africa’s sovereignty undermined by triple dependency – MahamaBeyond easing travel, President Mahama emphasised the shared commitment of both countries to peace and security, noting that these remain essential for Africa’s long-term development.
