It then developed contact center solutions that found in SA and Europe in 2017. Both the European and US markets get the ZaiLab center applications from the AWS cloud. This came from his experience with contact center solutions in the market while working with Old Mutual Finance. He decided to develop a real contact center in the cloud that everybody could access. He therefore borrowed from science fiction movies which he thought had a good style for the upcoming contact center.
