According to The Hollywood Reporter, director Zack Snyder is stepping away from the post-production process for this November's Justice League for personal reasons. The film has completed principal photography with plenty of post-production left to go along with whatever reshoots or pick-ups are deemed necessary. And the person taking over for the DC Comics superhero movie is none other than Joss Whedon, director of Marvel's The Avengers. Under different circumstances, this would be kinda neat or at least weirdly appropriate. It's one filmmaker helping out another get his current picture to the finish line under truly unfortunate circumstances.
