Changes made as a result of the summit could advance Thailand’s standing to become a leader in 5G technology in Asia Pacific region, according to the release. Zhiming Han, president of ZTE (Thailand) Co., Ltd., said 5G technology is being talked about in every corner of the world and has been tested and successfully used in several countries. ZTE is hoping to advance the technology in Thailand and has focused on this nation among all Asean bloc countries. ZTE is fully prepared to provide full services under 5G technology as and when the adoption of the technology is announced, said Zhiming in the release. The summit would discuss international experience with 5G technology and provide a forum for local industry leaders to meet their international business allies.
