ZTE, a company specialised in smartphone manufacturing, aims to increase its market share in the Egyptian market to 5% by the end of the year, aiming to reach 10% by 2018, according to a statement by Chen Hui, the regional director of ZTE Africa and Middle East. ZTE chose Cristiano Ronaldo, the best football player in the world in 2016, as an ambassador for one of its most recent smartphones, Nubia Z17 Mini,” said Hui. ZTE is currently ranked 6th across the world in terms of smartphone sales. ZTE is considered one of the oldest and largest communications companies in the world. It works in more than 140 countries with more than 80,000 employees across the world from different nationalities.
