SINGAPORE (Nov 8): YuuZoo announced the launch of YuuTV, a high quality video streaming platform for consumers. The company will source content from its partners including Relativity Media, and will allow content creators to create their own channels to stream content. YuuTV plans to offer a premium subscription model, video and display advertising, pay per view, e-commerce linked to the channels and personalised real-time contextual advertising. “Online streaming is becoming crucial as consuming entertainment and news online via smartphones grows rapidly across the world,” says Thomas Zilliacus, chairman, YuuZoo. Shares of YuuZoo closed up 0.4 cents at 17.7 cents on Tuesday.
