What is eye-catching, however, is how many young players are playing integral roles in each team’s success. Toronto, meanwhile, starts rookie forward OG Anunoby and has a dominant bench group with four players with less than three years experience. The theory that a team can’t win and develop players at the same time does not hold water. And those guys are a good example of that, and hopefully our young guys have shown they’re capable of that as well.” The young Celtics have done just that.
