A 24-year-old youth, identified as Saliu Ladayo, was yesterday nabbed by the Ondo State police command for allegedly murdering his girlfriend, Confidence Nwama, at Oshinle Quarters in Akure, after calling him lazy. “Investigation later revealed that the victim was last seen with Patrick Udom and he was promptly arrested. After a thorough investigation, Udom confessed to have killed the victim with the help of Roland James. “The body of the deceased, which was concealed in a sack and thrown in a nearby bush has been recovered. Also recovered from them are the two cutlasses used to kill the deceased, one hammer and a digger,” he said.
