Police said today a 23-year-old man in charge of a bar on Haiphong Road in Tsim Sha Tsui was arrested in the early hours yesterday for breaching the 14-day bar shutdown that began last Friday. He was charged with violating Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F) and the case will be mentioned at the Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts next Thursday. Sixty-two bar customers – 33 males and 29 females aged between 14 and 60 years – will also be issued summons.
