She said this at the 2019 Springboard Road Show held in the University of Cape Coast New Examination Center over the weekend to empower the youth to identify and build their talents. Using her own life as an example, Madame Fiagbenu recounted how a simple decision to volunteer her services to Radio Station ended her search for job overnight. Springboard Roadshow is the biggest and longest-running motivational platform for students and emerging leaders. The roadshow normally takes place in all 10 regions and runs from January ending to March.
