Then you're going to figure out how to deal with it and recognize what the emotions are that you're having. Admit that you feel angry or you feel sadness or you feel confusion about how you should feel. So you're going to have to go through this process more than one time. If you lost your job, that's something you're going to have to deal with for quite a while. A way of taking care of yourself is to be able to care for others and being able to take good care of yourself.
