President William Ruto has said leaders who are opposing the Affordable Housing programs are the enemies of the people. "People who are opposing the housing programme are the enemies of the people. Ruto insisted that the housing programme will create more jobs for the youth who will be employed as masons, plumbers and carpenters at the construction sites.
