Participants were split into groups by duration of exercise, intensity of exercise and libido levels. When the groups were compared, researchers found that those who reported light or moderate workouts were more likely to report moderate or high libidos than those who reported intense workouts. Exercise is believed to be better for your sex life — and healthier overall — than no workouts, but if you’re finding yourself so worn out from the gym that you can’t perform in the bedroom, it may be time to tone it down.
