ADVERTISEMENTAfter seeing the teenager’s deed on TV, one Matt Block decided to reward his kindness, ABC-affiliate WKBW reported last Thursday, June 4. Following their first talk, Block had finally handed over the car to Gwynn on June 7. Gwynn also noted that he has been offered a full scholarship to Medaille College in Buffalo City.
