A YOUNG man is in a serious condition after being stabbed in Cork. The man, who is understood to be in his late 20s, suffered stab injuries during an incident in Bandon in west Cork early this morning. The injured man received emergency treatment at the scene before being rushed to Cork University Hospital (CUH). He is understood to be in a serious condition and is scheduled to undergo emergency surgery. The young man is reported to have suffered multiple stab and slash wounds to his torso.
