KUALA LUMPUR: A teenage boy and his girlfriend were detained on Monday night for allegedly selling their twins online. “The 20-year-old woman was detained at her house in Setapak around 8pm while her boyfriend who was two years younger was nabbed an hour later at his house in Ampang. “The suspects were believed to have advertised their four-months-old twins for RM15,000 on a website on Friday,” he said when contacted today. Last Friday, an advertisement attached with a photo of a pair of twins with the title “Twins to let go” was uploaded on a popular online website. The advertisement went viral on other social media platforms and Whatsapp.
